Issue/Introduction

The CA Spectrum Secure Domain Connector (SDC) crashes a few seconds after startup when modifying SNMPv3 profiles if the SDC is connected to multiple SpectroSERVERs.

Cause

There was an internal code flaw in the way the SDC v3 data was handled if the SDC is connected to multiple SpectroSERVERs.

Environment

Spectrum 10.2

Resolution

This has been resolved with 10.02.00.PTF_10.2.031. Please open a ticket with Spectrum Support if this fix is needed.

 The release notes show:

Symptom: Secure Domain Connector crash when modifying SNMPv3 profiles if SDC is connected 

        to multiple SpectroSERVERs.

        Resolution: Protected against multiple SNMPv3 profile updates from running at the same time.
