With AXA 16.4 installed and geolocation enabled, a user's application unexpectedly exits out when the "Location Permission" is denied.

Issue/Introduction

 A user has AXA 16.4 installed and geolocation enabled.

 When the user opens their application, there is a pop-up box asking "Allow access to location?"  If the user clicks "no", it causes the user's application to exit out.  The user should have the option of clicking "no" and still access the application with success.

 

Cause

This is a known issue for which CA Technologies Support has a fix.

Resolution

An updated SDK would fix this issue.  Contact CA Support to request an updated SDK.
