IIS Probe Is Reporting the "host is not available".

Issue/Introduction

I have configured an iis probe profile to gather information from the iis server where the probe is installed. However, I keep getting an error stating that the host is not available.

Environment

UIM 20.3 or later

Any iis probe version

Resolution

If you deploy the iis probe to the host where you want to monitor the IIS service you need to specify the hostname as localhost and not use the server name.  

Hostname should be localhost
Server name should either be localhost, or the correct name for the URL.  

If the iis probe is installed remotely to the iis server you need to use the correct hostname in the profile definition.
