Issue/Introduction

The customer installed the MAT 11.0 GUI Server (Tomcat), however it does not start.  
The Server-xml file formatted by ASCII seems to not be able to be read correctly.

Tomcat is shared with another product (CEM).  CEM is not started when the MAT GUI Server is started.

Resolution

Installing the official Common Services (CCS) version of Tomcat 7 solved the problem.
