Unified Reporter Installation fails during UMP Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Unified Reporter install gives error

"Error during install: Error distributing repository to UnifiedReporter. Would you like to retry the current phase?" Retry, Ignore Error or Cancel install

If you click on Ignore the install seems to complete but afterwards the Unified reporter is not functioning.

Cause

The unifiedreports Webapp was disabled in the wasp probe configuration

Resolution

Enable the unifiedreports webapp in the wasp probe configuration and re-run the install
