STC does not start on production

Issue/Introduction

While installing the WebUI and start it for the first time, it immediately stops.

Environment

Java V8

Cause

The WebUI stc log shows at time of the stop this message:

SEVERE: Failed to initialize end point associated with ProtocolHandler "http-nio-22151"

java.net.BindException: EDC8115I Address already in use 

 

Resolution

The reason is that the port number, here 22151, is already used by another application.

So the best is to perform a reinstall and define a new port number range for the WebUI.
