Issue/Introduction

You're attempting to run a batch maintenance or other utility job against CA Dispatch and the job fails due to a S806 abend. Or,  you receive some other type of "MODULE NOT FOUND" error which lists one of the following sub schema modules:

SSOV08, SSBT01, SSHT01, SSLR01, SSDQ02 or SSOQ02

This problem is likely being caused by not having CA Dispatch apars RO45530 and RO49407 applied prior to executing the DSINCOPY job that was run as part of the CA Dispatch upgrade procedure.

Environment

Release: DISPAX00200-11.7-Dispatch
Component:

Resolution

After a clean shutdown of CA Dispatch, modify the JCL symbolics in the DSEXDBEX job located in the CA Dispatch CADSJCL library and execute the job. This job is designed to read information out of your CA Dispatch dictionary database files (DICTDB, DLODDB, DMSGDB) and re-punch all of the necessary IDMS size and sub schema modules into your CA Dispatch 11.7 load library. If your CA Dispatch load library is recognized by LLA or defined as part of your systems LINKLIST, don't forget to perform an LLA REFRESH before restarting Dispatch and/or before attempting to rerun the failed batch maintenance or utility job.
