Issue/Introduction

How to update instructions for users on the CA Output Management Web Viewer 11.5 screen/splash panel displayed after the initial login?

Resolution

1.  Check first and make certain the process is implemented- A copy of "StringOverrides.ini" should have been moved from the Web Viewer install folder (default: C:\Program Files\CA\CAOutputManagementWebViewer) to the scripts sub folder, eg.  C:\Program Files\CA\CAOutputManagementWebViewer\Scripts.
2.   Edit the file according to the instructions contained in the file.
3. Maintain StringOverrides.ini according to the instructions contained in the StringOverrides.ini file itself as they are probably more current than what is in the manual.
