Issue/Introduction

RTM_Inventory models taking hours to activate and Global Collections are not getting updated and when they do it takes more than a day before the updates start to run.

Cause

RTM_TestHosts are taking a very long time to complete. This is holding up the Global Collection updates.

Resolution

Edit the $SPECROOT/SS/.vnmrc file and set "spm_wait_active=yes" then restart the SpectroSERVER process. This tells Spectrum to wait activating the RTR_TestHosts until model activation is complete.

Additional Information

Additional code was added to increase the threads used by model activation for the RTR_TestHosts to speed up their activation.
