Getting error message CMG999 Invalid msg ID: E::0J::  - A valid ID has 4-8 chars: 1-5 alpha, 3 numeric, 0-1 alpha when trying to edit a member in CA Panvalet 14.6 PVISPF

Resolution

1. Verify the Panvalet message library CBA5MSG0 is defined in the CLIST or logon PROC pointing to ISPMLIB and is first in concatenation.

2. Verify the Panvalet ISPF Panel load library CBA5LMD0 is defined in the CLIST or logon PROC and pointing to ISPLLIB and is first in concatenation.

 

Note:

Do not copy the Panvalet ISPF Panel load library members from the CBA5LMD0 library over to the CBA3LINK load library. These load libraries must be kept separate.
