Issue/Introduction

Installation of Release Automation Agent failed with below error in RedHat Enterprise Linux 7 Operating System.

Installer error:

/tmp/nolio_agnet_linux_6_2_0_b3017.sh:
/tmp/nolio_agent_linux_6_2_0_b3017.sh.42184.dir/jre/bin/java:/lib/ld-linux.so.2:bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

Environment

CA Release Automation 6.2 Operating System: Redhat Enterprise Linux 7

Resolution

In RHEL 64 Bit Operating systems we need to install below RPM Packages to resolve the issue mentioned above.

Required RPM Packages:

1. libstdc++.i686

2. libgcc-4.4.7-4.el6.i686
