VSE Servers Not showing up in Registry Conslole

CA Application TestService VirtualizationCA Continuous Application Insight (PathFinder)
VSE server(s) not showing up in the Server console.
VSE log shows errors related to the lisatmp_x.x.x/lads folder for specific virtual services indicating the the tracking files related to the virtual services are missing or corrupted.
All DevTest and LISA environments.
Stopping the VSE and deleting tracking folders specific to the VS from vseDeploy/VSE_xxxx folder (where VSE is the supplied name of the VSE and xxxx is port number upon which this running) will resolve the issue.
