Issue/Introduction

To find the version information for ITPAM, normally you would just use the Help/About link in the ITPAM GUI to get the full version and build information.

However, when ITPAM is down, this option is not available.

We are still able to get the full version information, although there is not a "version" file for the PAM installation.

Environment

Process Automation 4.3 and above

Resolution

You will need to have something like WinRar that can open (not extract) a JAR file.

In the ..CA\PAM\server\c2o\ext-deploy is the c2ocore-snapshot.jar file.
Using WinRar, open the jar file and navigate into the META-INF folder.
In the META-INF within the jar is the MANIFEST.MF file. Open the file (in WinRar you can use Alt+V) and you will see the version information (4th line down) as:

Implementation-Version: 04.3.04.410CP01

which indicates 4.3 SP04 with CP01

Broadcom Support will be glad to assist in getting the information for you if you find you are having problems.
