Issue/Introduction

Database status alarms are not automatically clearing.

Resolution

This is by design. Certain events are considered so important that even when the situation clears you should still be notified about it.

 

This is especially common with higher severity alarms like Database Status. This is so an intermittent issue is brought to the staff's attention even if it is able to clear itself.
