Issue/Introduction

When trying to enter CA 7 commands at the OS console user is getting:  IEE342I MODIFY REJECTED-TASK BUSY

Resolution

The IEE342I MODIFY REJECTED-TASK BUSY message is produced when trying to log on the the OS console because OPEN=YES is not coded on the GROUP or LINE statement in the initialization file for the DEVICE=CONSL.  Add the OPEN=YES to the GROUP and LINE statement for the DEVICE=CONSL and the commands should work (after bouncing CA 7).
