When populating a group in CAPC with rules, and then reporting on that group with a dashboard, discrepancies are seen between what is in the group versus what the dashboard shows for the same group.
Any CAPM version
The "Include the children of managed items" checkbox on the properties tab of the group impacts reporting. When checked, it controls whether devices in the group will be checked for children when doing reporting, or just go off what is specified in the group membership. Clearing the checkbox means that reporting will be based on what is explicitly populated into the group and nothing else
