When should global resolves be done?

Resolution

Global RESOLVs should be done twice a year--sometime between January 1 and June 30, and again sometime between July 1 and December 31 (after the next year's calendars have been built).  The RESOLV command format is as follows:

RESOLV,JOB=*,OLDYR=*,TEST=NO,PRINT=[YES or NO],SCAL=xx (where xx is a specific calendar identifier--do this command for each calendar you have).

Note: This is also dependent upon how you have your calendars defined. This scenario is dependent on having standard 12 month calendars.
