Unable to load Job Flow Design and Job Flow Monitor when using IE with Java 1.8

Issue/Introduction

The Job Flow Design and Job Flow Monitor in CA WCC 11.1 do not work when using IE and Java 1.8

Environment

CA WCC R11.1 SP1 & SP2

Cause

Java security cannot bypass Job Flow Design and Job Flow Monitor to load its functionality in IE

Resolution

To allow Job Flow Design & Job Flow Monitor to function using IE and Java 1.7 follow these steps:

1.Go to java settings
2.Go to Security tab
3.Add the <wcc_host_url>:<port> to the site exceptions list
4.Click OK

Verify the functionality for Job Flow Design & Job Flow Monitor
