Pressing F3 in OWB throws error "Encountered while executing command"

Issue/Introduction

Pressing F3 in OWB throws error "Encountered while executing command". This issue is observed to be happening for users who are using Windows 10 operating system. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OWB in a Windows 10 machine. 
2. Click F3 to open the Gantt editor.
3. Click OK to accept. 

(Perform Steps 2 and 3 as many time as you need to get the error) 

Expected Results: The Gantt editor opens as a new pop-up window 

Actual Results: Error message pops up saying "Encountered while executing command" 

 

Environment

CA PPM 15.1

Cause

Due to defect DE33362.

Resolution

The PPM development team has worked on this issues and confirmed that the problem will be fixed in CA PPM 15.3.
