Issue/Introduction

No users can view reports with CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1.  This screen is displayed when browsing any report

HTTP 404 - CAOMWebViewer12.jsp Error Page  

User does:

• Advanced Search
• Click on database name and get report list
• Click on report id
• Error page is displayed and user is no longer logged on.

Release: OUTWBV01300-12.1-Output Management-Web Viewer for AIX
Component:

Cause

The file system was completely full. The mount point of the zFS file was not pointing to the correct path.

Resolution

Correct the problem of the zFS file system being full or point to another zFS file.

The mount point of the zFS file was corrected to point to the correct path and the problem was resolved.
