Issue/Introduction
When I right click and on the DSM Explorer Domain Icon and disconnect and then right click again and connect as a user NOT defined in the Remote Control Global address book, I can still remote control computers.
Cause
This is expected behavior since DSM explorer uses the logged on users credentials regardless of the account logged into DSM explorer.
Environment
CA Client Automation - All Versions
Resolution
Be sure to log off the OS and login with the account you want to run DSm Explorer with.
