Issue/Introduction

When accessing Service Desk with Google Chrome web browser and go to 'Activities-->Status Update' and then close the page using 'X' without saving  instead of the Close button, you may notice that on subsequent updates,  you keep on getting an 'Accept' button instead of 'Save' button.

This behavior seems to be caused by Google Chrome 55.0.2883.87.

Resolution

Update to latest Google Chrome version or any version above 55.0.2883.87
