I am trying to uninstall CleverPath Reporter 4.2 SP1 patch and I'm getting an error "Severe - Cannot create log file failed". What can I do to resolve this problem?

Download and install the latest SP1 patch from SupportConnect. This is an update to the original SP1 patch.

Resolution

To download this new patch go to SupportConnect. Login and go to Product Home Page and select CleverPath Reporter for the product. Once on the product page, select Latest Downloads for CleverPath Reporter under the Solution and patches section.
Select CleverPath Reporter r4.2 SP1 for windows.
