CA Systems Performance for IM (SystemEdge) CA eHealth

Issue/Introduction

  • When polling SystemEDGE CPU information is missing.
  • When examining sysedge.log you see the following messages:

get_processor_stats_perf(): get_proc_stats: Processor Object was not not found in Performance Registry, CPU utilization is not available

0000090 2017-04-04 13:05:08.68 [W]-4680- se/nt_kernel.c[3217]       : prepare_cpu_structures(): Failed getting number of CPUs. Got -1. CPU statistics are not available!

Resolution

1.  Run the following command from the command prompt to reload the Windows performance counters:

lodctr /r

2.  Restart SystemEDGE.
