Issue/Introduction

Out of nowhere, my CA OPS/MVS OPSLOG Webview is not working. I get a certificate error followed by the following JAVA details. I have not performed any OPSMVS updates. The z/OS Java version is 1.7. I get the same error on IE or Chrome browsers.

Cause

Old security certificate caused the server connection problem.

Resolution

Updated JAVA software to JAVA Version 8 Update 121.
