User receiving an HTTP 400 bad request error when trying to create and save test cases in Rally.

Cause

The browser plugin DGExtension is blocking test cases from being created.

Resolution

  1. Use the browser of choice in Incognito (Chrome) Private Browsing (Firefox, Edge). 
  2. Disable the extension DGExtension in the browser settings.
