RTN=008 RCODE=0002 Db2 SUBSYSTEM xxxx IS NOT OPERATIONAL during Plan Analyzer explain

Issue/Introduction

Doing an Plan Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PPA) explain after selecting an SQL statement from Detector Activity from a secondary member of a
2 member data sharing group.  It works on the primary member but not on the secondary member. Both members are defined in SETUPxx.
What is missing in our configuration? This is happening both in PPA r18 and r19.

Resolution

The problem was caused by the wrong Db2 ssid name in the following control card DATABASE=(AUTO,@CURRDBA,ssid).
The Db2 subsystem is dependent on where the auto hversion was selected from. Fixing the ssid reference resolved the problem.
