Why is this WTOR message issued?

Environment

Release: All
Component: ESP Workload Automation

Resolution

The TIMECHK initialization parameter gives a warning if a specified time has elapsed since ESP was last active.

If TIMECHK is not coded the default elapsed time is 60 minutes. The Maximum is 9999 (6 days 22 hours and 39 minutes).

The warning can be useful in detecting if a system clock has been accidentally set to the wrong time.  Also, the warning will appear if ESP is started, and the system clock is set to a time prior to the last time that ESP was active.
