When generating Top-N Best Performing Jitter Tests report, "Select the Test ID" box is not getting fill with test ids

Report Manager is not synchronising the data hence the test ids are not generated.
Step 1:
Log into the OneClick home page as an ADMIN user
Click on Administration
Click on Report Manager
Click on Spectrum Status

Step 2:
If Monitor option is Unchecked for the landscape then check the option and click on "Update Monitored Servers"
Step 3:
If Monitor Option is Checked then
First Uncheck the Monitor option
Click on "Update Monitored Servers"
Check the Monitor Option again
Click on "Update Monitored Servers"
This will initiate the synchronization and then the details will be populated.
NOTE: Issue still persists please open a case with Support.
