VSE log not rolling over

Issue/Introduction

Steps to reproduce:

Configure the VSE to run with its own vmoptions and logging.properties file. Modify these files as below: 

(1)    Modify the below lines in the “logging.properties” on server machine: 

 

log4j.appender.A1.File=${lisa.tmpdir}/${LISA_LOG1}_fix

log4j.appender.VSEAPP.File=${lisa.tmpdir}/${LISA_VSEMATCHES_LOG1}_fix 

 

LISA_LOG1 has been defined in vmoptions file of this VSE 

 

(2)    Set the logging mode to DEBUG and 

 

(3)    The max file size was set to 1 MB

log4j.appender.A1.MaxFileSize=1MB

log4j.appender.VSEAPP.MaxFileSize=1MB 

 

This was expected to suffix _fix to the name of the vse_matches.log and VSE log and roll the logs over when they cross 1 MB. 

 

The result is, only VS_Matches log and Per_service specif log rolled over but vse.log did not.
