Error "rule name" not deleted when trying to Delete an Export Rule with CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

Error "rule name" not deleted when trying to Delete an Export Rule with CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1. I can’t seem to delete any existing rules by using the Delete Rule button.  I just get a message that says Error ‘rule name’ not deleted.

Resolution

When you view the text report to be exported, you must be in native view.   Otherwise you will not be able to delete the export rule you create for the report.
