When using the REST API to retrieve probe configurations it is not always acting as expected.
The "Get a Probe Configuration" REST Call returns empty XML/Json at every second consecutive attempt.
How do we correct this?

Environment

UIM 8.XRobot < 7.90

Cause

There was a problem in the robot controller when doing the "Get a Probe Configuration" REST Call

Resolution

robots must be updated to robot 7.90 or newer

You must add a special configuration key to the <controller> section of the  robot.cfg on the robots which display this issue:

reuse_async_session = 1
