Cause

Here is the explanation of this abend: 

92A 

Explanation: During processing of an ATTACH macro, an environmental error 
occurred that was not caused by the current task. Register 15 contains a 
hexadecimal reason code that explains the error:

ATTACH is unable to obtain a linkage stack for the task. 

Resolution

Looking at this explanation for this abend, it says "an environmental error occurred that was not caused by the current task". This is not an XCOM problem.  Adjust the storage for this region.
