cau9cli.exe fails to start due to low value in CAISCHED0018

Issue/Introduction

Variable CAISCHD0018 is one of the scheduling parameters that should be examined when the Unicenter Universal Job Management Agent client fails.

Resolution

If the node is a client, CAISCHD0018 defines the number of servers that can submit jobs to this node.

If the node is a server, it defines the maximum number of stations to which this server can submit jobs.

The variable deals with the maximum number of stations and when the value specified for it is too low the cau9cli.exe process may fail.
