Configuration Items (CI) from CMDB are not listed in "My Resources" service in Service Catalog and Unified Self-Services. The CMDB is successfully configured in Service Catalog and the CI's have a primary contact assigned but still not showed.
The model must be set in the Configuration Item for this to be displayed in "My Resources" service.
1) Log into Service Desk Manager > Administration > CA CMDB > CI List > Search for the CI to be displayed which belongs to a Family to be displayed
2) Open CI > CMDB Attributes > 5. Inventory > Set model > Save Changes
3) Go to USS > My Resources > See the CI in the list.
In Service Catalog > Home > Requests > IT Support Services > Service Management > My Resources > See the CI in the list.
