An apostrophe in the Project name will not allow a Task Note to be opened/created

Issue/Introduction

When there is an apostrophe in a Project's name you can not add Notes to Tasks

 

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project with a name that has an apostrophe in it
2. Create a Task for this Project 
3. Click on the Notes link

Expected result: The note opens up

Actual result: Nothing occurs, the link does not work

Environment

This has been reported in 14.2.

Cause

This has been reported to Sustaining Engineering as CLRT-79429.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in CA PPM 14.4.
