List product authorizations granted to users within Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS

Issue/Introduction

This document describes the Authorization Report that lists plan names and objects for each Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS product.
Users granted authorization to execute the plans are listed and a secondary report lists user access for selected objects.

Resolution

From the Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS Main Menu, select option A - Product Authorizations. 

Type command REPORT on the command line and press Enter. The Authorization Report is shown.
Note: The line commands A or AA are also able to be used to list authorization for specific product(s) or component only.

This report lists the product name and function (feature), the plan name, the object names and authority type shown in parentheses.

Type 'S' in the 'Select to show authorizations for above objects' field to expand the report with USERIDs authorized to access the objects listed as in the following example:
