Issue/Introduction

Installing with Ca CSM fails with Dynamic allocation of input data set null failed. DD: SMPPTFIN RC: 12 Error code: 0x37C Info code: 0x2. CA CSM wants to allocate the SMPPTFIN DD data set named: null meaning zero characters long and it is not excepted by the utility doing the allocation.

Check the MSMTC joblog for message:

JVMJZBL1049W JZOS batch Launcher Version '2.4.5 2013-08-22' does not match jzos.jar Version '2.4.6 2014-10-31'

 

The version number in this message may be different. This means that JVMLDMnn batch launcher does not the version of Java being used. For example

Java 8 is being used but the MSMTC startup JCL is not using JVMLDM80.
