New Agent installation shows up as Inactive.

In agent's receiver.log, the message that indicates this is the problem is;
Can't parse the message: cybermation.library.communications.CybConversationWrongMessageException: Wrong target
Verify the agent definition on the manager (scheduler).
The agent name configured in the agentparm.txt by the setting 'agentname=' needs to match the agent definition in the manager(scheduler)
If you need to make changes in the agenparm.txt file, then stop and restart the agent for the change to take effect.
