New Agent Shows up as Inactive
The agent's receiver.log the message that indicates this is the problem is
Can't parse the message: cybermation.library.communications.CybConversationWrongMessageException: Wrong target
Please verify the agent definition on the manager.
The agent name configured in the agentparm.txt by the setting agentname= needs to match the agent definition in the manager
If you need to change the agenparm.txt file then you will need to stop and restart the agent for the change to take effect.
