Data Protection 15.1/15.2 - Error in Administration Search using Group hieracrhy

Issue/Introduction

When an administrator runs an Administration Search in the CA Data Protection 15.1 or 15.2 Administration Console (ACon) to search for users within the hierarchy group using the "Group Hierarchy" search option, an Oracle ORA-06512 error is displayed (see example below).

Environment

CA Data Protection 15.1 and 15.2 on an Oracle backed CMS

Cause

The underlying SQL required optimization.

Resolution

This issue is addressed in Data Protection 15.1 by FIX:RO95044 (incorporating Server_15.1_HF003 and Server_x64_15.1_HF004) and in Data Protection 15.2 by FIX:RO95153 (incorporating Server_15.20_HF038 and Server_x64_15.20_HF039).  After applying the hotfix, the Administration Search completes successfully with the "Group Hierarchy" search option.
