Issue/Introduction

Coding a STOP EXECUTE forces an activity termination, termination is immediate.

 

 

Environment

Easytrieve Report Generator, release 11.6

Resolution

Using a STOP statement effectively forces an End-Of-File, which then terminates that activity but normal processing (reports and report procedures) will continue to work.

Code STOP instead of STOP EXECUTE and the file statistics will be printed.
