Jobtrac Job Management gets U0308 abend in GJTRJPRG

Issue/Introduction

The GJTRJPRG Utility is a batch method for deleting old records from the Jobtrac database.
Jobtrac will need to be active and the following DD's must be included in the GJTRJPRG utility or you will get a U0308.
