Jobtrac ISPF screen different than in TSO ISPF

Issue/Introduction

Why does the ISPF screen in Jobtrac show the command line on the bottom but when signing onto TSO ISPF the command line is at the top?

 

 

 

Resolution

ISPF settings may be different in Jobtrac than in native TSO.  You can change the ISPF settings while in Jobtrac  ISPF online.  In the main menu of Jobtrac enter SETTINGS and it this will give the option to set ISPF settings. These settings will only apply to  the Jobtrac session. Once you exit Jobtrac session, you will then use the ISPF/PDF PRIMARY OPTION MENU (native TSO) user settings. If you re-enter Jobtrac's main menu, you will be back using the settings you setup for product. ISPF settings are not universal in that you may have certain settings for Jobtrac and another set of settings for native TSO.
