Need modify to HLoginMon to send email alerts of Broker disconnect

Issue/Introduction

Need HLoginMon (Harvest add-on utility) to send email alert to Harvest administrator's email address or to his/her smartphone alerting that the Broker is no longer online to clients.

Cause

The HLoginMon has the capability to detect if the Harvest Broker is no longer available on the network, need for the utility to send email alerts to designated personnel so that proactive corrective steps can be taken.

Resolution

HLoginMon V3.00 has been modified to incorporate the email alter feature.
