Issue/Introduction

The help hyperlinks in CA Software Asset Manager 4.1.3, p3 are not working.   For example, when we edit a device, then select the help “?”, the sub window displays hyperlinks for: Basic Information, Additional Information, Relations, CPU, etc.  The hyperlinks are not active and are not clickable when using the IE11 browser.

Resolution

This problem has been solved in CA Software Asset Manager 4.1.5, p5 and above. 

CA Software Asset Manager 4.1.5, p5 is now available at support.ca.com, in the download center.
