cdm probes do not send alarm on Memory

Issue/Introduction

The cdm probe don't generate alert when the Memory consumption passed the threshold. 

Even when trying to generate an alert playing with thresholds 

Interval is 1 or more

Samples is 1 or more

critical threshold is 1 for Total, Physical, and/or Swap memory

Environment

cdm probe 5.80+

Cause

For any reason the memory alarm was set to Active=no in the cdm.cfg

Resolution

• Do a raw configure of the cdm probe and change memory - alarm - active = no to yes
• Or edit the cdm.cfg on that robot at C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\system\cdm
  and search for <memory> and change under    <alarm>
        active = no
  to
        active = yes

• restart cdm probe
