When accessing NFA, HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found

Issue/Introduction

When accessing NFA directly, you get a:

HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found

The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

 

Environment

Windows Server 2008Windows Server 2012

Cause

ASP is missing from your Server Roles in Server Manager.

Resolution

1. Open Server Manager
2. Go to Server Roles > Web Server > Application Development
3. Select "ASP", and then click "next", "next" again and then "Install".
