Issue/Introduction

MSP and CA PPM are showing different values in % complete field.

Cause

In MSP you can deactivate task and when are exported to CA PPM, this take as active tasks (PPM does not work with that option).

In PPM shows this task as 0% of percentage completed.

 

 

Environment

CA PPM all versions.

Resolution

Delete the task that you don't want to use in MSP instead of deactivate.

Otherwise activate all deactivate task in MSP.
