Upload to Gen CSE "MDLADPT: Warning: Xsappenv did not exist"

Issue/Introduction

Received the following error when uploading a Gen 6.5 model apply.trn file to Gen 8.6 CSE using command "upload -u XXXXXX -t APPLY":
MDLADPT: Warning: Xsappenv did not exist.

Environment

Release: 8.6:
Component: Gen Client Server Encyclopedia 

Cause

The XSAPPENV object is only added during model conversion to the Gen 8.6 schema to be able to use Web Service Consumption.

Resolution

The message can be ignored as it is informational only. The model being uploaded has a 6.5 schema and has not yet been converted to the Gen 8.6 schema.
